Per Section 9 and 10 of the Eagle Bluff covenants, landscaping and home improvement projects within the following categories should be reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC):
Landscape projects exceeding $3,000 in value
Projects impacting the exterior architectural style of the home
Before work is commenced, please complete and submit the below form for consideration by the ARC and Board. The ARC and Board will provide a response no later than 30 days from the project plan submission date (typically this is completed much faster).
